Acceptance of terms

By using the GAAJ website, creating an account or ordering a project, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our services

GAAJ produces video content with the help of AI tools, including commercials, UGC-style ads, motion graphics and AI talent. The scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are set out in the plan or proposal you accept.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login details safe. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.

Briefs and materials

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, script, image, voice and other material you send us, and that using it in your project does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Fees and payment

Prices are shown on the Pricing page or in your proposal. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, work starts once the agreed deposit or fee has been paid.

Revisions and delivery

Each plan includes the number of revision rounds it lists. Extra rounds or changes of scope may be quoted separately. Delivery dates depend on timely feedback from you.

Ownership and licence

Once a project is paid in full, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables as agreed in your plan. GAAJ may keep working files and may show the work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or that impersonates a real person without their consent.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, GAAJ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
